Ford Focus Passenger Door Lock Not Working

Pulling the inside door.

Ford focus passenger door lock not working. It will not release with the key door lock or manualy. A fuse is blown. Most ford vehicles now come standard with a keyless entry remote control. Replacing it may require removing the car door panel.

This allows you to lock and unlock your vehicle doors without actually inserting the key into the door handle. Will not unlock with key either unlock switch or manually. It will not engage and lock the door. Again if one door doesn t work but others do the problem could be with the door lock solenoid.

The door lock is in the lock position. Replacing the fuse will correct the problem. Many ford vehicles also provide an open trunk feature. Issues in ford cars door locks and central lock system.

I could walk around to the passenger side and they worked just fine. This morning the same 50 of the time. It is the front passenger side door. This is a cheap and easy fix.

The solenoid is bad. Door lock in lock position. All times tested i could walk to the passenger side and it would work no issue. However you can still set off the alarm while attempting to open the power.

I can lean against the door and hold it shut and pree the remote lock on my key and the alarm sets and al the doors loc except this one you can walk up to the door and just open t.
